With a career spanning more than 25 years in engineering and service organisations, I specialise in building high-performing technical teams, transforming training programmes, and implementing future-ready solutions. My background covers mechanical, electronic, and automation systems alongside software development, machine learning, and AI-enabled departmental tools.
